Thirty-four-year-old Edvinas Vygontas, living in his golden years, faced an unexpected and painful moment of testing. After a severe skull and spine injury suffered in an accident, Edvinas' life changed in an instant. Today, he is fighting resolutely for the opportunity to stand on his own feet again.
Before his injury, Edvinas was active, athletic, and ambitious—he pursued a master's degree in architecture, participated in student activities, attended festivals, and lived a full life. However, after an accident that confined him to a wheelchair, he discovered an extraordinary determination within himself.
